Born and educated in Adelaide, Peter is a highly successful executive with wide experience, gained at the highest levels of administration and facility management throughout Australia in areas of change management, people development and strong fiscal responsibility. Peter has led organisations such as the National Basketball League (NBL), South Australian Netball Association (SANA), Greyhound Racing SA (GRSA), McLaren Vale Grape Wine and Tourism Association and Legacy SA & Broken Hill. Peter demonstrates strong analytical skills, encompassing business strategy, relationship building and financial aptitude, applied within these environments.

Amongst his successes, are his acknowledged ability to coach, mentor, empower and motivate teams or individuals to achieve personal goals.  He has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with 40+ years management experience gained working at all organisational levels.  Peter competed at the 1980 Olympics in Moscow, and he credits this experience with making him the professional that he is today.

Paul Bell

With a background in career transition services and executive recruitment, Paul has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Management (Labour Relations). Paul is a specialist in the provision of outplacement and career transition services for companies and individuals undergoing change. This change is normally brought about by organisations having to restructure or undergo some form of business reconfiguration that results in the redundancy or role displacement of an employee or groups of employees. These services include onsite support sessions for individuals immediately after notification of redundancy, career counselling and coaching (outplacement) programs for individuals across a number of sessions that focus on relevant subjects to facilitate an efficient return to the workforce as well as facilitation of group workshops on various change and career transition related themes.

Paul also has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, having recruited key senior and executive roles across private, public and not for profit sectors. He is highly respected within this field and has the ability to facilitate tailored and effective services that match client needs.

Susan is a Registered Organisational Psychologist with 20 years’ experience enhancing individual, team and organisational performance and effectiveness. She has worked internationally leading significant change and applying psychometric assessment in recruitment, retention and development strategies across multiple industries.

Susan designs bespoke executive development programs for CEOs and their teams to maximise performance, inform development plans and contribute to succession planning. She brings a breadth of experience and is highly accredited in the application of contemporary leadership and cultural change models and tools.

Allison has significant experience in the implementation and data analysis of Board and CEO Performance evaluation surveys, minute taking, administration and board support. She has 7 years’ experience as Education Executive, Australian Institute of Company Directors SA/NT, responsible for the implementation of education programs including the Company Directors Course.

Prior senior roles include Marketing Manager, EY South Australia and Membership Manager, Adelaide Convention Bureau. She has a Bachelor of Management (Marketing) and Advanced Diploma of Tourism.

Marlene is an experienced leader and trusted advisor working closely with Executives and Boards, including large and small businesses, Government and NFP organisations across multiple sectors. Deep expertise as a facilitator of strategic planning, including governance review and framework, in particular the NFP sector.

Marlene has over 15 years’ experience in professional services, previously KPMG National Director, Client & Market Insights. She is a subject matter expert in client insights, conducting interviews, analysis and translation of client feedback to increase client retention, identify revenue opportunities, drive profitable growth and development coaching.

Marlene has significant Board experience as a Non-Executive Director across multiple sectors, Sport, Community, Health and Leisure and Employment Services, including Chair of Governance committee and People and Culture committee. Currently on the Board of Commonwealth Games Australia, Workways Australia, Peninsula Leisure and Triathlon Australia. Marlene is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Megan has experience in the implementation and data analysis of Board, Chair and CEO Performance evaluation, project management, minute taking, board administration and support. She has 13 years’ experience as the Events and Professional Development Executive with the Australian Institute of Company Directors SA/NT, responsible for the implementation of events and management of education program budgets and sales including the AICD Company Directors Course.

Previous roles include State Office Manager SA/NT of the Australian Institute of Project Management and Membership Officer at the Australian Property Institute. She has an Advanced Diploma of Tourism (Business) and is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course.

Kim Rowe

Kim is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in accounting, governance and risk management within the funds management industry. She is an experienced company secretary for both listed and unlisted entities and has worked on a number of corporate due diligence projects either for capital raising or sales processes. Kim has over 20 years’ funds management experience both at Lighthouse Infrastructure Management and also at Hastings Funds Management where she was Company Secretary and Head of Compliance. Prior to that, she was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young in their assurance and advisory financial services team.

Kim is currently an Independent Audit Committee member of Equity Trustees Limited, Equity Trustees Wealth Services Limited and EQT Responsible Entity Services Ltd and was previously on the board at Gowrie Victoria and was Chair of its Finance and Risk Committee. Kim has had a number of other board and committee roles both in financial services also the not-for-profits sector. Kim has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
